At medifeetbd.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure quality in every product we deliver. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item/size.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Note: Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@medifeetbd.com or via WhatsApp at +8801622139056.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and a photo/video of the item (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to be reflected in your account depending on the payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


4. Exchange Option

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless there was a product error from our side.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn footwear.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Items returned after the return window (3 days).
